To strengthen intellectual property rights internationally or not?

If the aculturation of a tool is seen to have net benefit, advance it, if not, curb it.

The competition-collaboration paradox Competition Collaboration Paradox of life reflects our willingness to value the creativity of others and to translate those human values into intellectual property protections, but when exclusionism seizes the tool of intellectual property protections to advance exclusionism, then the tool has grown to misuse. The correction for this is only partly in policy because the origins of the problem are in habits/traditions of excessive exclusionism = undue hegemony (see Aliases Of Exclusionism ).

An auspicious approach would be Aikido Intellectual Property Regulations through conditional legal protections to intellectual property, along the lines of the Aikido Copyright which only provides protections when the application of that protecion advances inclusion and unification rather than the reverse.
